The 1st Dance...

I got tired of waiting for the invite to Karen of Gemma del Oceano's wedding, so I built a time machine and went forward in time to the Reception. The moose has been served (the BBQ sauce was a nice touch!) and the cake was cut, and here's the newlywed's 1st dance. (It gets interesting at about 1:25 into the video). It's a long video (6+ minutes) so you might want to download it & keep it in your wedding album!

But Mikey, you were already invited! It's an open invitation. what would a reception be without at least one good fist fight and a few broken chairs!!!

Funny video!

At work, there's a few of us that have a "code" dance. Sometimes when the head Kahuna gets into an insufferable "The beatings will continue until the moral imporves" mood, or we're bitching about the powers that be, when out of ear shot...one of us will suddenly break out into singing in a high falsetto "Everybody dance now" and we then all raise forearms and give it our best loose arm whirls and come in with a syncopated "BOOM-BOOM-chakka-BOOM-BOOM," which breaks us into laughter. Maybe you have to be there. Like de slaves dissin' massah back in de day.

The funny thing is NONE of us know what the next line is, though it was very popular a ways back.
